To obtain your first black belt within our academies one must demonstrate with great spirit and focus over 200 techniques taken from every previous belt, all weapon kata's within Bo staff, Jo staff, Boken, Tomfa and nun chaku. 40 named throws and defensive techniques against cosh, knife, gun and bottle.
